Mondays

 All Levels Slow Flow with Kelli, 9:30-10:30AM

(A slow, heat and strength building class ending with slow cool down , restorative poses.)

Tuesdays

Beginning April 21, Katy will be offering her new 6 week series, Strength and Soothe, Tuesday mornings 8:30-9:30. Come join Michelle from 5:30-6:30 pm on Wednesdays starting April 8! This is a slow motion series created to soothe the body and mind through slower yogic practices such as Yin, Restorative and Slow flow Vinyasas.  Sign up for this series at https://reikiinthewoods.as.me/slomoyoga

April Events!

Join Michelle Moody and Elle Nauman for this new moon event on April 18! Sink into deep rest with a restorative yoga journey through the seven chakras where each pose gently opens and supports a different energy center. As you settle into stillness, the subtle vibration of tuning forks and crystal singing bowls weave through the space, helping your body release tension and your nervous system to unwind.  This immersive experience invites balance, calm and a quiet return to self.

Katy's New Strengthen & Soothe Series

Come join Katy from 8:30-9:30 am Tuesday mornings,starting April 21!  This 6 week series focuses on foot mobility and strength and how it connects to the mobility, strength and balance of our entire body.
