Sundays

Strength and Soothe Series.  Starting Sunday, January 4, 9:30-10:40, Katy will be offering a six -week series for folks looking for ways to potentially ease chronic pain and discomfort in their bodies. Ease your nervous system & develop deep, mindful strength and mobility with mat-based moves. Mondays

 All Levels Slow Flow with Kelli, 9:30-10:30AM

(A slow, heat and strength building class ending with slow cool down , restorative poses.)

Tuesdays

Beginning February 24, Katy will be offering her new 6 week series, Strength and Soothe, Tuesday mornings 8:30-9:30. (See her write-up below!)


Beginner's Kundalini Yoga  6:00-7:00 with Michelle

A class perfect for everyone, regardless of age, physical ability, or previous yoga experience. See the write up below! Register at reikiinthewoods.com to reserve space for this five week series. Walk-ins are welcome if space allows as well. Gentle/Beginner Yoga with Kelli, 12:00-1:00. This is a perfect class for those who are just learning yoga or want a gentler , stretchy yoga class. 


Thursdays

Michelle's next five week series is a combination of Yin/Restorative Yoga where the body holds poses for several minutes targeting deep connective tissues and then transitions into the gentle embrace of Restorative yoga. (Along with Reiki!)

Michael's Yoga for Strength & Alignment 9:30 -10:30AM

Drop-in, $10. All Levels Welcome! All Savasanas are offered with live, classical guitar played by Michael!




February and March Events!

Katy's "Strengthen and Soothe" new 6 week series begins Tuesdays 8:30-9:30, February 24!

Katy's Strengthen and Soothe class is a mat-based  movement class that takes a whole body approach to moving with more ease and less pain - both on and off the mat. In each session you will dive into one theme (lower back, shoulders, balance, etc.) and practice exercises that will get you: A. Stretching, rocking and releasing your tissues while bringing your nervous system into a state of receptivity (which is exactly where we want to be to create change in our bodies!)

B. Exploring strength and mobility with slow, mindful movements where you choose whether to take it 5% or 95%

       C. Getting in the under-moved nooks and crannies of your body, waking them up and integrating them back into your while system.

D. Working with a guide (me), the expert (you), and a community (the class) to share experiences, ask questions, and get wiser about our bodies and how we live in them.


Strengthen and Soothe will be run in 6-week series with weekly 1 hour classes on Sunday mornings starting January 4 from 9:30-10:30.

Michelle's Beginner's Kundalini Lite Yoga, a 7 week Series. Starting March 3!

Come join Michelle from 6:00-7:15 pm Tuesdays, starting March 3!  This 7 week series is an intentional journey created to align and balance the body's seven main energy centers from root to crown. Each week we will focus on one chakra. Using kriyas, breath work, mantra and meditation, we will remove energetic blocks to promote emotional stability, physical vitality and spiritual awareness.
