We offer a variety of yoga classes including Hatha, Yoga for Resilience, Strength and Alignment, and special class series. All classes are for all levels.

We provide yoga mats, bolsters, blocks, belts, etc. for all of our classes, but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that allows for ease of movement, such as leggings or athletic shorts and a tank top or t-shirt.

Each instructor sets their energy exchange and classes range from $10 and up, depending on whether the class is a drop-in or a part of a series. Energy exchange for each class is listed on the calendar.

Most yoga classes are drop-in. Special sessions, workshops or events will have a registration link listed with a description in the Events section.
